The portal teleports an object to a position in space with high potential energy, while apparently spending no energy of its own. This action creates energy.
By moving an object laterally into the portal falling loop, you would do no work and increase the potential energy of the object to effectively infinity. You would be creating energy.
I have Verizon. The "unlimited" plans are a huge scam, even if you can get your hotspot on, it's basically unusably slow. But if you can swap over to a pre-paid plan, which is a huge pain in the ass, you'll get ~15 GB a month for the same price and you can use it however you want. I don't know why they make it so damn hard to use their service.
Things cost time and money to make, it's that simple. People need to eat. $20 for lifetime support and updates on an app you use every day is very reasonable.
More than anything, I want to support the developer of this app so that he can continue to work on his project.
In fairness, this is a state law. States rights being part of the Republican platform during my childhood. Just another reason not to go to/live in Arkansas
I don't have a lot of experience working in the wet part or a bathroom. I believe I saw a friend frame out a shower and then cover it with cement board once and then tile over it, so that may be an option, but take that advice with a grain of salt.
If you're gonna buy and use power tools, just use regular construction materials. MDF is pressed wood fibers, cheap, reliable. It's what all the Ikea stuff is made of.
If it's just mockups, you could use something like "rigid pink foam" from a vendor like Owens Corning. If you can detail what you're trying to do I might be able to be more helpful.
