And here’s 275 words about printers I asked ChatGPT to write so this post ranks in search because Google thinks you have to pad out articles in order to demonstrate “authority,” but I am telling you to just buy whatever Brother laser printer is on sale and never think about printers again.
The dry absurdist humour being taken seriously is real. Too many times lately I've been getting strange looks to what I thought were obviously absurd jokes/opinions. I've probably been spending too much time online
Not the guy you replied to but I'm fully WFH and I wouldn't trade it for anything. The amount of social anxiety I used to have working in an office was almost unbearable. I'm not sequestered from society or anything like that, I have a pretty active social life outside of work, but being forced to interact with co-workers in an office when I can do the same job from home just sucks
yeah but it feels pretty callous to just have a machine sending her the words of affirmation and not you. I read your comment above, I have adhd and am easily distracted aswell. My girlfriend had a similar problem with me not being as available/talkative when we're not in person, and she really appreciated it when I put the effort to text and call her more. My suggestion would be maybe to set a timer to remind yourself to text her instead2 of automating the whole thing. If the other apps on the phone are too distracting, maybe you can limit their screentime or even remove them, just make it harder to get to them somehow.
You could probably do this with tasker. I would like to say though, this sounds like a horrible idea. If your wife wants words of affirmation, automating that sounds like the exact opposite of what she's looking for
