  • " i shouldn't have to memorize commands"

    the up arrow:

  • Is there no option for non-personalized advertising?

  • average beta male vs sigma lonewolf (me)

  • I use the default web one on PC and Jerboa on my phone

  • Some people would question if there could be, perhaps, a better chair. Of course, anyone with common sense knows that beanbag chairs are a perfect and infallible design.

  • Remove every unhealthy person

    Well that seems very unethical.

About gene modification, assuming it were to fully work without risks, it would still only be ethical if the patient were to consent, which not everyone would.

  • Here's a very unethical linguistics experiment that I think would be interesting:

Raising a group of children completely isolated from any language, spoken or otherwise. They would not be fully isolated from people, but those people would not be able to communicate with each other in the vicinity of the children (no speaking, no gestures, etc.) Of course, to isolate them from language would mean strictly controlling their lives (very unethical). Could they communicate with each other, and maybe even develop a language?

  • 2010s smelled like acetone... for some reason?

  • I download songs off of YouTube Music after making a playlist

I play the songs with Tauon

  • You like seeking patterns, don't you?

  • Draw a circle with the ellipse selection tool

So it does have what is effectively a circle shape tool. I don't know why people are saying it doesn't.

  • Because a shape tool requires non-destructive vector layers.

No it doesn't, why not a bitmap shape tool?

  • Uhh, I live in the southern hemisphere and I mostly ate popsicles (not all the time, they are very sugary) and kept my ceiling fan on. I would also recommend colder and more frequent showers and drinking cold water.

Also, I guess you could try getting a fan and putting a bag of ice behind it, I do not know if that would work but someone I know did that during summer.

On an unrelated note, I probably won't need to do absolutely anything for winter here since it doesn't get very cold.

  • I usually hold shift with my left pinky for any letter on the keyboard, because I prefer to type with both hands.

  • Yes, because I ran out of keys to bind in modded Minecraft.

  • That's cannibalism. Capitalism was a practice done in the First Brazilian Republic that is also known as "rule of the colonels".

  • does GIMP not have a circle/shape tool? Why?

  • Yeah, it is incovenient when you play Java and other people you know play Bedrock (or vice-versa). There is a community-made plugin called Geyser that allows Bedrock players to play on Java servers (it can be buggy sometimes but it is the closest we have to Java-Bedrock crossplay).

  • Bedrock makes it easier to play with friends, it also has cross-platform support (except for Linux and Mac). Console players can only play on featured servers (unless they use workarounds).

Java is better in most other aspects (I am biased for it though, since it's what I play): you can mod it, play older versions, use custom shaders (with mods), no microtransactions, play on any server you want, (apparently) less game-breaking bugs, etc.

  • On console you can get texture packs and add-ons... from the marketplace.

On other bedrock platforms (Windows or Mobile) you can install textures and add-ons from your own files. The problem is that Bedrock add-ons are significantly less capable than Java's mods.
