For me it's a case of "I'll believe it when I see it." Not ragging on Biden, I believe he's earnest in his desire to do something about student loan debt, but it's all the road blocks that are put in his way. A lot of people don't want student loan debt relief for whatever reason.

Yes, I can. Even if they're banned, they can easily get it. Buying that data isn't exactly an insurmountable amount of money for a state actor. A couple tens of millions? Piece of cake. China can just buy user data from Facebook, Twitter, google, etc... They dont need to "steal" it. So a ban is pointless.
