But as far as Biden being indicted? I highly doubt that would happen as so far there isn’t any evidence of any wrongdoing that would hold up in court…

I’m all about politicians being held accountable whether they have a d or an r next to their name but I haven’t heard of any actual evidence that suggests he could even be considered for an indictment.

Also, a sitting President not a former President has ever been convicted in criminal court before. Trump is the first former president to ever be indicted…. Biden will not be indicted while in office regardless of whether they have the evidence or not in my opinion, which I don’t think they have any evidence in the first place.

He did go up slightly recently. But Biden’s approval rating is 42% right now. That is not in comparison with trump… it’s just percent of folks who approve or disapprove of Biden on his own….

So right now I believe he has a 42% approval rating. Approval rating is generally a good indicator of how a president will do in an election….

But the other thing we are forgetting is that because of the way the electoral college system favors rural America… democrats need at least a 5 point advantage to actually win the electoral college…. Not saying that is fair, it’s just a fact….

So even using the polling versus trump…. Trump would still win if the election were held today because of the advantage he would have with the electoral college….
