I guess the only ones the Palestinians in Gaza and West bank could look up to, are Israeli Palestinians, who are currently represent 21% of Israel population, enjoy the same civil rights as Jewish or Druze or Bedouin citizens, work in prestigious institutions like health and judicial system, vote and elect their representatives etc. They could show Gazans and West bank that it's much better in the long run to work together with Israel, and when the region normalizes - it would be such a boon to local economies.
