  • I'm a 53 year old IT person, and I'm leaning towards 1. The level of technology incompetence in the general public is astounding. My wife only knows "Have you tried turning it off and back on again?" And that pretty much makes her a member of the help desk at her job.

  • If the Halloween stuff bugs you, enter the store by the pro desk.

  • Halloween decorations now are fine, it's the Thanksgiving and Christmas decorations infringing on Halloween that are the problem.

  • Fun fact. Total Eclipse of the Heart was originally supposed to be a vampire love song.

  • And my wife's hairdresser has a vizla that bit her daughter's face and caused her to get 100+ stitches and she'll be scarred forever. Dogs can bite without warning regardless of the breed.

  • I remember in the 70s the London bus schedules had a disclaimer on them that said something like "just because we publish this schedule doesn't mean that the buses will follow it, or that they will run at all."

We got proof of that when the bus driver of the last bus of the night decided that his shift was over and kicked everyone off the bus and went home half way through the route, leaving us stranded miles from our destination.

  • Gerbils have long tails.

  • How does that relate to my comment? We don't have an official cause of death on this guy. We just have the mother claiming it was from the chip. The paper claiming the kid had a stroke 2 days after eating a hot chip seems very questionable.

We have lots of people who have gone to the ER after being in intense pain from eating something that causes intense pain. No evidence presented that they were actually in danger.

Chiropractors and dentists are well documented for causing strokes after neck adjustments and surgeries. There's even a good explanation for why, in that they can both cause tears in the neck blood vessels and arteries resulting in blood clots that can very quickly get to the brain.

  • Way more people have strokes after chiropractic neck adjustments and dental surgery. When are we banning those?

  • Idalia ain't no ho. She's a sexually liberated hurricane getting her kicks

  • There are HDMI cables that are basically HDMI to fiber tranceivers. The HDMI plug draws power from the HDMI port to use active components to convert to a fiber signal.

  • I think mostly people buy disposables because they don't know how 510 batteries work. Or sometimes the strain you want is only available as a disposable.

I don't like disposables because I've ran out of battery when 1/3 if the product was left. I've switched to concentrates and a vape that handles them.

  • I had a few where the battery died while there was still stuff to vape in it. Doubly wasteful. I then switched to a concentrate vape and buying live rosin/resin

  • And tech reporting has always been terrible.

  • When I was 6, an 8 year old try to convince me to have anal sex with him.

I don't think it's unreasonable to have sex education for elementary school kids. I certainly don't think we should pretend like lgbtq+ people don't exist until a child reaches certain age.

  • Ha ha ha ha. You dumb bastard. It's not a schooner... it's a Sailboat.
