You just described India's current population growth. The responsible rich and middle class couples are living a good life without kids while the illegal immigrants and the people who can't afford are having 4-5 kids

And the politicians (both from the left and right wing) love the dumb and uneducated.

Any politician in a democracy would love the uneducated. My country is the prime example, literally all the parties just want to impress the dumb and uneducated

I'm from India and the word "commie" in my country is referred as a far left, anti nationalist person (because indian commies are usually anti national).
