  • Haven't booted windows in over a month now. If I want to play pubg or bf1, thats about the only reason I need windows. And I do a lot of gaming, just not aaa multi-player. But I am enjoying computing again just like when I was younger and computers were interesting and fun and not corpo ad stations on your machine.

  • I play a game of "how long until they try to sell me shit" when one of them messages me. Its funny because they get better at tip toeing around all of it for weeks then they stop talking to me completely.

  • They all think by reading Atlas Shrugged they are equipped to live on their own little paradise island from the poors.

I believed in that book too. For like a year in my 20s, then I actually learned how the world works. These dumb asses never did. They learned how to take advantage of people, thats it.

  • Does one need to mod their quest headset to run this? I've looked into it a little but was confused. I can't ruin the windows functionality of the headset since it's shared with other users on windows

  • My boomer trait: I cannot stand that kids would rather watch someone else play a game than just play it (unless its some $80 game theu cant afford). HOWEVER I realize, it is actually a great need for them to socialize with people they like and imagine they have friends. So it's really sad, but I get it.

  • Sorry, when im referring to those of an older age im thinking mcmansion, 3 campers and 4 trucks (most people in the Midwest cities) so thats where I was guessing more waste is created.

Yes of course the answer is stop eating fast food. Live in a cave, don't reproduce, that is how we create the least waste. Im not suggesting that. Im saying it's gross that these companies willingly waste so much when we don't really need to.
