That is not what is happening here. The problem is that your moon landing conspiracy is incredibly stupid if you really think about it. It would require mass cooperation in subterfuge on a scale that would require a lot more resources than actually landing on the moon.

Edit: The moon landing can also be proven today by third party methods.

But it is legal to do that in all European countries though. You just need to qualify for a license. And that process seems to mostly do the job, especially compared to the US.

Those "some European countries" would be UK and Ireland for historical reasons. It is not really a widespread thing anywhere else.

Americans tend to forget that very few countries have outright banned guns. What we have is gun control, which means that you have to qualify for owning a gun, but as soon as you do that, you can own a gun.

Republican ideology is hierarchical. There is the bottom layer of voters who votes for Republican politicians because of bigotry and hatred. Thenre there is the upper layer which consists of Republican politicians who uses bigotry to convincing ignorant morons to vote for them so they can grift in peace (and let their oligarch buddies grift alongside them).

So it depends on who you ask in this hierarchy. The bottom rung wants outgroups to suffer, because they think that means they will not suffer. The upper rung just wants to grift, and ignorant bigoted voters lets them do that. Undermining democracy, faking elections and disenfrachising political opponents of course lets them grift for much longer, so authoritarianism is a natural outcome of this.

That is not true. There was a standard, which is different from todays standard. Which is why it looks funny being played at todays standard, but mostly they get digitally fixed and they look completely natural now.

AI agents get office tasks wrong around 70% of the time. Your figures may be correct, but they are more likely not to be. If you had done your own research this would not have been an issue.
