She's right and Biden should go to Congress. Unfortunately, Mike Johnson and the Fascist Bootlickers will make a stink about it. Still, she's right and the President should always follow the Constitution.

Thanks for making clear that MAGA is in reference to the 1860s. Any Republicans with lots of support speaking out against this? No? Then the message is clear: Vote Blue!

All those justices must realize that if they help this fascist return to power, they will lose their positions, power, and more under the thumb of a narcissistic dictator who doesn't need laws interpreted or upheld. To preserve themselves, SCOTUS must side with the Constitution against this Oath Breaker.

If convincted of even one of these felonies, he should be stripped of all Secret Service protection. He should go to a state prison if New York convicts him (like Epstein) or to a federal prison if the US convicts him. No more special privileges for criminals. Al Capone, as well as other prominent government officials in Illinois, went to prison. Trump is a citizen now and should have equal treatment to serve his time.
