Simple. Start with a goal: happiness, well-being, etc. From there you can make objective decisions that further that goal.

If by new you mean an attorney for over a decade, then I guess so. But its occurrence, or alleged regularity, doesn't make it any less serious of an ethics violation. You can get away with a lot of shit as an attorney, but if you steal someone's money or lie to the court, they're going to drop the hammer on you.

If the prosecutor knows the cop is going to lie and calls him as a witness and allows, or even worse, elicits, that testimony then they are suborning perjury. They would likely be suspended or disbarred from the practice of law.

Are there young children having transition surgery? My understanding is that transitioning requires years of therapy. That young minors are typically only given puberty blockers, followed by HRT when appropriate. There are standards set by medical organizations.

#2 would concern me, but it seems regret over transitioning is a tiny percentage.

My understanding is that a lot of the regrets stem from society not accepting them.

The good thing about class action lawsuits is that you don't need money. The law firms are just about the only ones that get paid. If you pay attention to class action settlements it's often something like $3m in attorneys fees, $5,000 to the named plaintiffs, and then a 3 month subscription to the companies own service or a refund of out of pocket expenses, during a specified period, not to exceed $150 per person.

Long story short, firms are more than happy to take on a class action that can be won, but you won't get much.

Terrible argument. I think the Medicare for All estimates were like $32 trillion over 10 years. So $4 billion is barely a drop in the bucket.

Better argument is that we currently pay more money to insure fewer people through our current system. Don't get into their games of we have to give up X to get Y, because we definitely don't. And Ukraine funding is imperative.

Fair? What does fair mean? Does an execution un-kill the victims? What a ridiculous notion that any sort of punishment for a perpetrator could be "fair" for the victims.

The death penalty is an abject failure. It has no benefits and numerous issues. Practicing barbarism can never be justice.

I have no opinion on the Mexican president, but I live in the States and there's about 70m people I could ask if Trump is an authoritarian or fascist and they'd say no. So simply living somewhere may not be the best barometer.
