Most of our wildlife is cute I reckon. You don't see the scary stuff that often. Unless you mean spiders and really the big ones are harmless.

The wild. I live in Canberra - it's called the Bush Capital for a reason. Wildlife on your doorstep (or a 20min drive away at most).

I learnt how to ride a bike at age 30 because I was going on an island holiday that had a bike tour and it was the best way of getting around. My ignorance was going to get in the way of me experiencing something so I finally decided to remedy the problem.

Bought a cheap bike ($100AUD) off local classifieds and learned in a month. My partner helped me and it wasn't too bad. A few falls that mostly bruised my pride, but finally being able to do it was pretty important.

Bikes will be key in the apocalypse, so it's worth your while learning.

I tried Kombucha for the first time the other day.
