  • If you're referring to the gains in the anti vax movment

It's the same reason why a large portion of Americans are anti environment.

It got politicized and instead of using critical thinking one side wants to win and thinks the other is lying to them about everything

  • Because there is a myth that if you're rich it's because you worked hard. You are smarter than others and that's how you got there. "If they can do it i can do it too."

When in reality they had advantages that most people don't. Usually generational wealth.

  • To answer the question in the title id say

"What issues led to the break up and has that changed. If yes then go for it, if not then no"

After reading the post I'd say

Don't wait for him. Try and move on. If he wants to get back together later consider it then.

Honestly I've had people say that to me as a way to let me down easy rather than actually mean it. Waiting was a mistake.

And I'm not saying he doesn't mean it, maybe he does. But you'll love again. You're young. Grieve the relationship and move on. Judge later if he's worth getting back together if that happens.

That's the best advice i can give.

  • For now the majority is razor thin so while he can make changes it's still difficult to do. If i recall if even 2 Republicans don't support him and all Democrats oppose then he can't get things passed

    Still possible but not easy.

But absolutely he is selling to the highest bidder
