  • GDPR fines can scale to a company's yearly revenue. They can absolutely get in more trouble than it's worth if they keep blatantly shitting on the GDPR. Keep reporting them whenever you see these violations.

  • There's a really low bar for what is considered personal data. If they collect location data coupled to an "anonymous" ID, it's still personal data, because it shows you moving to your house and place of work every day. If you can infer a person's identity from the data, it's personal data.

So yeah them collecting your personal e-mail address and refusing to delete it is a clear violation of the GDPR.

  • If you look at the peer review file, you'll see that they spent a year improving the paper after sever critical criticisms were made by the reviewers. They've collected more data and entirely redid the analysis. It's a different paper now compared to their first manuscript of 2021.

  • Listen, gay rigths just aren't deeply rooted into our culture, so no one in LGBT+ has any rights whatsover now.

Also, labor laws really weren't a thing before the 20th century, so effectively immediately you are all property of your corporate overlords.

Also, slavery is deeply rooted into our cultural history, so effective immediatly all black people should report to their closest slave distribution center for allocation to a member of the superior race.

P.S. Clarence Thomas is legally considered to be a white man. We will not be responding to inquiries regarding this ruling.

  • I hope he doesn't. He'll bury himself into a mountain of new trouble. But even he is not that stupid.

Or maybe he'll flee to Russia. Which is fine for me too, let him expose himself as a traitor and eliminate the possibility of holding office again.

  • I have nuke fatigue. I can't be bothered to be afraid of them. Go ahead and throw them, whoever was brazen enough to do so will have their country wiped from the face of the earth faster than you can say "Enola Gay". There's no one self-destructive enough to seriously consider pushing that button.

And even if there was, it's not like I'm going to change their mind. Just sit back and enjoy the mushroom clouds.

  • The Netherlands had a recent court ruling that established that if the employer is satisfied with your performance, then it doesn't matter how much time you spent doing your job. This was in a case recarding a man secretly working multiple jobs.

  • Unfortunately there's nothing preventing him from running for president out of prison. God forbid if you're a disgusting foreigner, but trying to overthrow the government in the highest act of treason since the civil war? Nah, go ahead mister president.
