  • If my comment helps a couple of people, I will be giddy for days lol.

  • I'm about 10% into the Python track. I'm digging it so far :)

Learn coding on a site that seems to get it right. Lots of information, multiple languages, and mentors to help you get past a difficult problem.

    Fantastic site, highly recommended!

  • I could imagine that there's some very angry and confused developers who might feel violent towards unity right now.

Not that threats are the answer, just that I could see people might feel their livelihood is threatened.

  • I find your lack of Dabo girls disturbing...

  • Oh that's perfect, I wish I'd thought of that!

  • pootin also mentioned, under his breath: "he's also really naive and never checks for cameras before he does objectionable stuff!"

  • Senior administrators making 5 to 10 times what faculty make.

The university won't improve until you get rid of those people.

  • Oh but the second season is really good, glorious even! I highly recommend it.

  • Cas Anvar is a douchebag. He ruined the show for me.

  • Sarah Connor Chronicles. They'd just jumped into serious weirdness and the world building lore had developed in a really interesting way.

  • macOS: iTerm is just superior and so configurable. Magnet is great for moving and snapping windows. Last recommendation: column mode in Finder. It's perfect and should be the default everywhere!

  • I really feel like Lemmy or whatever replaces it needs to treat moderation as a central feature. Not something nailed on as each disaster happens. (Which is not meant to throw shade at your efforts, it's aimed squarely at the people who designed the back end)

I really want the fediverse to thrive and it sounds like that's not going to happen with the current maintainers.

Sorry to not provide solutions, I really hope you can find a way forward.
