  • You should be asking why democrats are fighting so hard to keep these people out of elections.

  • Can you imagine a democrat candidate being left out of an election on a form technicality?

  • A roof rack and straps. For those rare occasions. For all other times youre just burning fuel to haul around tons of unnecessary weight and endanger pedestrians more.

  • Just democrats being anti-democratic again

  • Even if it were true, its like the dumb concept of no calculators allowed on math tests. In real world practice she can and should get all the help from experts she can.

  • All of the poor front visibility with none of the "I actually need a truck" use cases

  • Because the city built fossil fuel plants instead of renewable?

  • I doubt the data centers are generating much of any co2. Fossil fuel power plants are.

  • We're all getting fuck all until that percentage is high enough. Like I said before, doing what you're doing weve been falling behind developed countries on all the metrics i care about.

  • as the US is currently

This is where we're losing eachother. I dont think youre understanding that I am advocating for changes from how the US is currently.

  • However much support for getting rid of FPTP that we can get. Im well aware im fighting against millions of people that also dont like FPTP but will exclusively vote for candidates that support it. I cant control minds, only speak mine

  • Supporting candidates that are against FPTP instead of exclusively in favor of it. And you know, vocally opposing it.

  • Its weird how often people explain the problems of FPTP to me. Yeah, I'm well aware, im the one opposing it.

  • Trumps voters want palestinians dead. Progressive voters are the ones that will protest voting if they think itll support the continuing genocide.

  • Yes, and my comment is the result of that outcome. Instead of people choosing what they think is best for us, they have a very narrow choice of who will make things worse less than the other choice. Regardless of who wins, we're gonna fall further behind developed countries on metrics of labor, environment, health, etc

  • You say emotions, I say evidence based. With over a century of results of voting exclusively for one of two parties. The result being we're more deeply ingrained in two parties than ever before.

Lets say we vote for democrats again, what are you willing to claim will be different next election with regards to moving past the two party system?

  • Yeah and America will continue to be exceptionally bad amongst developed countries
