  • Its the only thing that can. Its not happening until then

  • Vested interest meaning it benefits them, i doubt you disagree with the current system of only two parties being considered for elections improves the odds of those two parties winning elections

  • Votes. Same way as everyone else

  • Right, youre making sure of that

  • Youre disagreeing with a claim im making about you

    "I didnt say X, I said Y, which is different from X"

Its not a comparison between failing to make a ballot and wanting someone to not be on a ballot. Its wanting someone to fail to make a ballot. Which means they wont be on the ballot...

  • So you dont have a single reason then

  • Step 1:elect people that support ranked choice voting.

    I.E. jill stein

  • Any democrat has a vested interest in first past the post continuing.

  • We elect congress

  • Im supporting the leading candidate that has ranked choice voting as part of their platform

  • You should learn about other countries and how they have way more than 2 parties in elected positions

  • What? You're saying you failed to make the ballot.

  • Like say, i accuse Harris of saying she'll help Gaza but wont do anything once elected. I can give you a reason that it would be in her interests not to, she and her party receives Israeli backed campaign funding.

But you dont have any such reason for why Stein wouldnt.

  • The Green Party should be the RCV party

    They are. Holy shit.

  • Until we have RCV

    Whens that?

  • And? Read my comment. Even if she's as self serving as you think she is, you still havent given a self serving explanation as to why she wouldnt.

  • No? Its an answer for why she says she wants to help Gaza. But once she's elected, even if you think everything she does is just to serve her self interests, why would she continue US support for Israels genocide? She doesnt receive AIPAC funding like democrats do. In fact she's called for them to be registered as a foreign agent.

  • No that is definitely a clear cut example of not wanting a candidate on the ballot

  • Raise minimum wage? No, tax cuts for only certain low wage jobs instead. What are you gonna do, vote for the other parties we've forced off the ballots?
