If you're using Stable Diffusion you can do things like inpainting or img2img to change things - ymmv

I regularly forget there are image generators other than Stable Diffusion

LM Studio is one of the most user friendly ways to play around with LLMs imo. You can run some of the smaller models without too much memory (it will be slow without a decent GPU though).

In Windows 11 if you have internet access during the initial setup it won't even let you make a local account anymore like it did on Windows 10.
