I... sort of agree? But also, kids game. Which means (part of) a generation could grow up using Linux systems to game, which makes Linux more palatable to businesses looking to hire those kids. I'm not sure how big a factor that might turn out to be.

Unclean doesn't always mean "dirty". A lot of things that are considered unclean by different religions are considered so because they're spiritually unclean, rather than literally filthy. Historical riligious objections to pork are probably because of human-transmissible parasites and disease like trichinosis, which aren't as much of a concern anymore.

They actually don't. I've raised pigs, and they keep themselves clean- they pick one corner of the pen to shit in and a different corner to sleep and eat in, given the opportunity. The idea that they shit where they eat is probably (dunno for sure) because they clean themselves by taking dust baths, and when it rains, the wallow turns into mud. They roll in the mud to stay cool when it's hot sometimes, but it isn't shit.

We had a pig when I was a kid who could work the lock on her pen and escape into the fields next door to eat grass. They're pretty smart.

Not the guy you're replying to, but I've read (and my personal experience confirms) that women in their 30's have high sex drives, a lot more sexual experience, and are a lot more blunt about what they want. I don't sleep with guys, but as a guy in my 30's, this tracks with how I've developed as well, so it's probably more of a 30's thing than a woman thing.

Normally, when I see something like "C/C++" it means that there's a significant overlap between the two languages, so knowledge of one implies or coincides with knowledge of the other. But C# and C++ are very different languages, and while you could argue that there's some sense in which they're related, it isn't much of one. If you're going to list "C#/C++" then you could just as well put "Java/C#", or "C++/Rust".

Why does he have a slash in between C# and C++? Those languages are unrelated except in the philosophical sense.

Not the person you responded to, but I generally draw a line between messy and filthy. Messy people don't fold their clean clothes, leave books stacked around, and have half finished projects on the kitchen table. Filthy people drop chicken bones behind the couch, leave period blood on the toilet and shit stained underwear on the floor. One needs to spend an hour or so picking up their mess, the other needs an exterminator for the cockroaches that are eating the rotten food on the countertop.

I think I looked this up at one point, and weirdly, none of them died from the asbestos. I seem to remember several of the actors died relatively young, so maybe something else got them first.
