Health Canada has also made some ridiculous limitations. They are the reason all the warning labels have to be on everything, and why packaging is so bad that it ruins the buds. They also established some very restrictive rules regarding edibles and extracts. A 10mg limit for edibles is crazy and one of the big reasons that black market edibles are so popular.
Taxes are too high, rules for storage actively ruin the products. It really didn’t do much to stop illicit sales; most people I know that didn’t start smoking when it became illegal never buy from the dispensary. They did a terrible job of handing out liscensing, and most of the people who got them were just rich people making an investment(and lots of them had previously supported prohibition because they are also involved in alcohol sales) instead of working with non violent offenders to help them transition. And the edibles and drinkables people are talking about are so bad because the government made arbitrary THC limits.
I would rather not have to use something that is just a server for all of my media. I haven’t really been in the pirating space much in the last ten years and all my hard drives from before that are starting to fail. I just want to pay $100 a year or whatever it is and get to watch it all, including live sports.
I wish I could find a way to do streaming on my Xbox. It has turned into the entertainment device for me and my partner; with every streaming service on it the only thing I hook up my computer to the TV for is sports. Guess it’s time to get IPTV.
Both of those were original stories. TWD built off the universe, but was completely different from anything else put out with that name at the time. If they want to recapture what they had, they need some originality.
I’m not a fan of taking people to see Lake Louise. It’s so damn crowded, and everyone wants the same picture in front of the lake. At least going in winter is different; last time I went we walked across the lake and and through some icy trails.
Aren’t you supposed to rip off the top, empty out the coffee into your compost/garbage, and then recycle the pod? Or you can drop them off at a store where they sit for a couple day until the coffee starts to rot and the whole thing gets shipped to Nespresso where they probably throw it in a a landfill.
Sports subreddits. The majority of users on the sports subs I followed got all high and mighty when the strike happened, thinking that they were more important. I made the only post so far on nfl memes and barely got any interaction.
And yet they will probably say that subscribers are up, without mentioning that most of them are from countries like India where it costs $22.50 CAD per year.
If you are really interested in Angkor, then I recommend going to Siem Reap for at least 3 days and getting a three day pass. Consider it something to plan towards :)
Unfortunately not, I lived in the country(but not on the island) 10 years ago so I know exactly what you mean. Most of the smaller places on both islands, Koh Rong and Koh Rong Sanloem have shut and been replaced with larger resort like accommodations.
