Many FOSS projects have asked that Designers get involved.

The only project with serious designers I know of are Gnome and Krita.

If any large organizations want to make a large donation to Inkscape, GIMP, Krita and Blender that would be great.

Unfortunately for us, Windows 10 is stubbornly popular because we dont want the new features.

In my experience newer kernels and Wayland + nvidia is a huge mess.

I switched to AMD and have had 0 downtime, all the cool features nvidia touts, and fully working Wayland with no effort at all.

For consumers. They're pushing put giant power hungry gpus for data centers to power LLM.

Most of the valuation is likely consumers hyping the bull run, and speculation about just how much b2b revenue they will get.

I got a cheap one from Amazon.

A key thing a look for are those little nylon pulls on the zipper handles. You can always add them to a zipper as well.

You can loop the pulls through each other to make it harder to open a zipper. I do this for backpacks since they're behind me. This is more of a deterrent than a lock though.

Yes however you're the only one talking about the alphanumeric keys.

It dictates the location and size of certain keys.

For example the needlessly large enter key on ISO or the annoyingly small left shift key in ISO. You could very likely prefer ANSI as well.

A common OCR tactic is to turn the image negative and bump the contrast to make text easier to recognize.

It could be a precursor for that step.

I had the same issue. It works but crashed once I went into a call.

The best thing you can do is separate your home and be unafraid to try something new until you know your preferences.

I used Ubuntu for years, played with other distros but always thought I'd remain there.

I tried Fedora one day because it had a newer package and now I can't find a more perfect distro.

Maybe I will in the future and die on that hill who knows.
