It's not there as some commentary by Christopher Nolan that the moon landings didn't happen. It's there to show that schools are willing to teach a lie as long as it serves the narrative of "past oppulence is what destroyed our world, so get out there and be a farmer!"
I've had that happen a few times recently (wrong comment replied to) and I have no idea how it happens. For the upvotes... well it's either there's too many Lemdiots on this platform, or bots (oh noes!).
Trump's camp is full of conspiracy theorists. Being assassinated would lead to many of his followers thinking it happened because progressives saw the danger in him winning a second term.
The better option for politics in America is for as much of his actions to come to light as possible so his own followers can come to the correct conclusion on their own: he's a liar and a fraud.
A lot of the botting is just copy and pasting previous actual human topics and comments though, so they're not really wrong.
Actual bot created content is pretty boring, and never "contributes" in a way that would make for a useful Google result. Your Google result may be a bot's comment, but if that comment is answering a question of some kind there's a 99% chance the comment was originally written by a human.
You lie down in hopes that it will not perceive you as food and once it has determine you are no longer a threat, it will hopefully leave you with lots of wounds requiring stiches, but not completely dead.
