My goofy old house with built with the basement floor on trusses and a roughly chest high crawl space underneath. The main benefit is that you can run duct work under the floor and have full height ceilings. The drawbacks is that you have a wood floor in a basement with clay soil.

My garage was constructed with those at my old house. Allows you to have usable space under the garage. But it leaks when they install incorrectly -- no membrane was installed on the top side and they put the lumber walls on the same cement block as the spancrete. They are supposed to build up a half course of cement block so that the base of the lumber walls sits higher than the garage floor.

When I was looking for a photo, I noticed that most have the slots now instead of the round hole that measures a serving of dry spaghetti. And the ones with round holes were mostly plastic. Mine is metal and may be Oxo brand.

A spaghetti lifter is kind of a spoon with fingers so you're almost right.

It's a spoon like contraption that is deep, has fingers, and a hole in the back. You use it to lift cooked spaghetti out of the pot.

I did an allergy patch test a few years back. Besides the allergies, I came back as sensitive to fragrance. I try to stick to products on that safe list. But it's very difficult.

I have a friend that does EV conversions of RAM Promaster vans. I wouldn't mind using my car to do a conversion and then build it out for a class b camper van.

He does it on purpose as a power play.

It does. A dealership is an independent entity. If cars were purposely being damaged, it would be Tesla doing that and not another company that sells Tesla vehicles.

No, my 2019 model 3 is almost twice as expensive as my son's 2023 Prius.

I bought mine 6 years ago. I'm going to get rid of it but had to change plans because my son's car just died. I wouldn't blame anyone that vandalized my car. It should be expected.

Mine has been debadged for years but I just put BYD badges on it. I doubt too many people will know what that is but I hope someone gets a chuckle.
