It's not that hard. The easiest way to start is probably get qBittorrent, which has built-in search of several major torrent sites at once.

I'm not sure what you're asking exactly, but the reason older and niche content is harder/slower to find sometimes is because there are fewer people out there sharing ("seeding") the files.

You could probably install a home server management software like TrueNAS Homearr or CasaOS on your Pi and just download the "apps" that way.

The large files are such better quality, though (if you care about such things and have a TV that allows you to appreciate the extra detail).

Torrenting will have everything you want within 48hrs (at the longest) as long as your tastes are relatively current and mainstream. If you are into older or more niche content you'll still likely need Criterion or Canopy etc.

These threads/articles always get the facts wrong, TikTok is not "getting banned", they are just forcing the company to divest from it's Chinese parent company.

If you think Taiwan and Ukraine are "other countries' wars" I have bad news for you. It's better to pay as much money as we can now before the payment is made with american lives.

Israel is something else obviously, as was US involvement Iraq and Afghanistan. But the bulk of the money is absolutely worth spending if you value your freedom. It has nothing to do with the housing crisis whatsoever. The US has enough money for both.

This is actually a good sign that Google is taking steps to fix their broken search engine. All it seems to deliver anymore as SEO-optimized crap "blogs" with affiliate links. Linking to Reddit without the user having to include "reddit" in the search is a sign they're actually trying to deliver good results again.

These two episodes were really enjoyable. Discovery is not my favorite Trek series but I have been looking forward to this final season.
