Mods are worse here and often will delete posts and ban users, who don’t violate the rules. There are tons of unwritten rules, especially in news and politics related topics.

If a user is banned, all their posts and the communities they created are deleted. That means lots of valuable content can get deleted at the whim of a mod.

Tankies are far more present and tolerated here than on Reddit.

Misogyny is also more ripe. There’s a reason twoxchromosomes never got off the ground here.

Look up the definition of genocide. Dead civilians are not sufficient to fit the definition.

If you don’t want replies, don’t comment on a public forum.

Try scheduling a cron tab job to run a task on dates defined that way.

Civilians die in every war and of course that’s terrible.

The best numbers currently available are 40k dead total from which 15k are combatants. That’s less than 3 civilians per combatant. Urban warfare is historically much worse.

I don’t think the available information proves the war in Gaza is a genocide. It should stop regardless.

There are no messengers, calendars, or communication apps configured on it. So there are no notifications.

Macs are for people who want a high performance laptop with great battery life and build quality. Hardware and driver issues are extremely rare. An out of the box Unix environment and great desktop applications for everything round it out. Macs are for people who want a to get actual work done and not lose time babysitting or tinkering with their computer.

Windows usability has become worse since 7 and it’s now filled with crap and ads. The different settings applications are an embarrassment and insult to users.

I haven’t heard centrists support genocide. It’s however considered questionable if what’s happening can be considered a genocide. To many this is an awful war in a dense urban environment against deeply entrenched terrorists.
