it would be amazing if they could just add a mobile ui to Smarttube (best android tv app imho) - it supports login, adblock, sponsorblock & dearrow, you can cast to it, etc. - and it's updated constantly, via a prompt in the app, no external download or play store necessary
If you're travelling to another country, you also get a different culture, architecture, cuisine,... even if it's "close by". That's the real criticism here that people don't get, if you're only travelling within the US, everything's pretty much the same, and you'll never expand your horizon much
regarding your first question - they usually go after the big fish first. dbzer0 might still be flying under the radar, and also might be ina different jurisdiction where the specific plaintiff can't go after them, or where it's harder for them to do so
how? my macbook pro is seven years old, and the latest macOS i could get is two major versions behind. I've tried installing linux and apparently it is a generation that is particularly troubled, with an endless list of broken things curated on github. eventually bad Bluetooth- and no internal audio-support was a showstopper to keep using it
