thanks! i commute once or twice per week to the office, and that's some train, some walking. i average 5k steps per day, but with 10k when I go to the office. yesterday i did just under 1k.
i did check in with a specialist regarding my sleeping issues. it's... complicated, but i'm working on it, part medication, part cpap machine :)
sorry for hijacking, i am also interested in the subject, commenting here to hopefully get some info. i'm 174cm / 84kg. i wear medium clothes, but my beer muscle shows up, it's quite big. even through a sweater.
i don't exercise (i work in it, from home mostly), but also, i barely eat. today i had 3 coffees (no sugar, little milk), some leftover stir fry (veggies, chicken, mie noodles) and an apple, and that's common. i don't eat sweets or junk food.
i cook almost every day, usually curries & rice, stir fry, pizza/pasta, soups and stews, but i rarely eat myself. i switch daily between chicken/pork/seafood/tofu/legumes for protein, but there's always rice or pasta or bread.
i drink a couple beers in a week (on average), i drink very little water throughout the day, maybe half a liter.
i sleep very little too, about 5h on average (less during the week, more on weekends).
where should i start? what's the most blatant issue on my list? i know, all, but... what would be the first?
If it only was that easy. I don't know if 5km/h over the limit is "speeding", she just doesn't pay attention, and we've been having this discussion for years... I am trying to convince/teach her how to use the speed limiter, but she always forgets to enable that. And the cameras are not static around here. There are a couple static ones, but the vast majority are mobile. They look like small black boxes on wheels, like a power distribution point. Until you see the flash light :)
Well, tell that to my local traffic authorities. My wife basically has a subscription with them, we get home a monthly invoice for 30€ because she was driving 55-60 km/h in a 50 zone... Complete with a picture of her face and the car's license plate :)
People here gave really thorough descriptions, but what I remember is that their pamphlets (awake?) have a really cool graphical style, and that mesmerized me as a kid. Not the content itself, but the shadows, the gradients, etc. I went into graphic design because of :) still an atheist though.
I tried using it on several occasions, but it is extremely slow for me, with occasional visual glitches... I use Wayland, if it makes any difference. How's the OnlyOffice performance for you? Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
Hey. I just got my first 10h in Skyrim :) Took a bit of tinkering until I found a process that works nicely (Vortex via SteamTinker). How do you manage your mods?
Like other people suggested here, use opnsense instead of pfsense, and wireguard instead of openvpn. What I did for my homelab was to get a used HP t620 thinclient and an Intel 350 card with 2x 1gbps ports. You say you have 10gbps, so you would need a card that can handle that, and maybe a beefier CPU. For my setup, this tiny 65€ machine is not even feeling it. Single digit cpu usage for 2 wireguard connections, a little over 1GB RAM usage for a handful of services. I think for you an n100 with 4gb of ram is more than enough, but going for 8gb will be better and it will not be much more expensive.
