If you're a beginner, just look into haos virtual machine image, and a guide to go with.. Might be easiest. You can snapshot your progress along the way to ensure copies

You actually want to do it from your host machine, not the haos machine, since the container you are looking for seems to be the haos itself, so it's your host that is trying to download it, if i understand correctly.

Otherwise why is your haos needing the generic home assistant container? AFAIK it shouldn't download itself to update itself.

Maybe that's the issue? You're trying to download from inside the haos instead of outside? (host)

V0.5.0 should have swm3 features as v0.9.0 in the modern software landscape. If v0.5.0 has features ABC and then one was then changed, under semantic versioning which most software follows these days then it should get a breaking change and would therefore get promoted to v1.0.0.

If ABC got a new feature D but ABC didn't change, it would have been v0.6.0 instead. This system, when stuck to,helps immensely when upgrading packages.

Got another in the cellar im 3D printing some gears to fit a stepper motor to it. Just got to get the ratio high enough for enough torque. Don't want the large gear too big, so need some more reduction.
