It doesn't matter if it's moral, it's dangerous. Cash business in a significant volume, that you can't insure or make meaningful contracts for.

Your suggestion of doing high risk things to make money is the same as a suggestion to gamble to get money.

Spoken word narratives are such an integral part of culture, imagine if your grandpa told you to never repeat any of the stories of his childhood because "he owns the copywrite". Insane. That's what you are suggesting.

Ideas are not objects. Having good ideas shared incurs no loss to anybody, except imagined "lost potential value".

It's really that an appeal for mistrial goes to some other judge that might have maga up the ass. I don't agree that this is the safe play, there's a strong history of contempt being used in court as a deterrent and any skilled prosecutor would get intimately familiar with all the cases where public statements were made to intimidate witnesses and such.
