  • As a pet owner I love a carpet deodoriser, makes the place feel brand new!

  • Unfortunately it's a "promised the housemate" chore, otherwise it would be dropped.

  • Final day off before I start the new job tomorrow, so naturally it's pjs on the couch with maybe a little light cleaning in-between.

  • Lmao just gave the cat a tin of his new food which has veggies in, dude actually sniffed it, gagged, and the cried for different food.

He really loved the fish based one yesterday, so I don't think it's a brand issue, dudes just not keen on pumpkin and peas.

  • This is me, I'm a hop from 30 and things are starting to hurt in ways I didn't think they could.

  • I've always been at the comfy undies stage, my mother growing up was very serious about undies.

  • No one tells you that as you get older wearing shoes with proper support will become a priority.

  • Never heard of the Active Script List, so will definitely check that out, thank you!

  • Anyone had eScript issues before? My doctors receptionist seems to think I'm full of it when I say I'm not recieving them. I usually grab a paper script to avoid silly issues like this, but for the last couple of times I've relented, this is my 4th script and it appears my fears have been realised.

  • Everyone I know who has owned an Outback (or any Subaru) swears by them. I've seen some of them get to some pretty insane places as well, mate followed me onto the beach in NSW once. I think there was someone over on one of the 4x4 subreddits that had thrown a lift kit and some A/T's on theirs and it looked wild.

  • I adore his voice which I think made the writing sound worse, maybe its because I'm so used to him reading me to sleep with Sherlock or Paddington.

  • Had the urge to reread Harry Potter so put the audiobook on since I already have too many books on the go, and jebus christ I don't remember it being that bad. The last time I would have read the series was in high school 10 years ago, and maybe nostalgia was clouding my judgement, but the writing is just awful.

  • Family of asthmatics probably plays into it being normal for me.

  • All the chores are done before midday... is, is this what it's like to be normal. I've vacuumed, mopped, put washing on, done the dishes, and I've even changed the sheets, and dusted.

Edit- Ok so maybe not normal... I am an all at once sort of person though, I like to either get everything done in one go or not bother at all.

  • Difflam have a throat numbing spray you can pick up just over the counter. If you're an asthmatic of having issues breathing it's not good for you though.

  • This week off is supposed to be me setting a normal sleep schedule, but boy howdy is it hard not to just stay in bed because I don't actually have to be anywhere. At least this morning I did wake up at 8am like I wanted to, even if I am still tucked up.

  • I'm a huge UK TV nerd and my general rule of thumb is to never watch US remakes.

One of favourite shows Ghosts (made by the Horrible Histories gang) was redone by the US and they basically turned it into shitty sitcom.

  • Rewatching Utopia (UK) and forgot and how terrifyingly horrid it is. Also the casting of Anna Madeley and Ruth Gemmel in their respective roles was such an excellent choice, they really do look eerily the same (someone should actually cast them as twins one day).

  • Set my alarm for 12:30am not 12:30pm, guess I'll be having another night awake... At least I won't be at work so I can hopefully nod off when I start to get sleepy around 3am.

  • Yeah, just got into my 5th year and while money's excellent, the work life balance is dreadful. Hoping to also see some improvements in my own health and happiness.
