  • And they've turned an LA street gang, MS-13 into an international terrorist organization..

  • They be loading those deportation planes up with coke coming back from El Salvador to celebrate another successful round of human rights violations

  • Up next at the top of the hour on CBS, we discuss how water is wet..

  • I mean, once they deport all those Miami-Dade Cuban voters that are so scared of socialism, it'll become a swing state again... /s

  • Sure. Like I just said Tesla. There are plenty more examples of companies trying to stop progress. Look what they're doing right now with EV and solar in the US. That's backed by big $ from lobbyist. Or if you wanna talk about the topic at hand, petrol companies have recently projected that in the next 20 years, over 95% of their profits from oil will be made from plastic products, such as grocery store bags and single use products. Hell, grocery stores profit majorly from single use plastics. In 2020 oil companies invested an additional $400 billion into upgrading plastic manufacturing. You can bet your ass that a large majority of that is going to lobby politicians, and manufacturers to follow the status quo, including blocking biodegradables, like corn based bags.

  • Sure thing bud. Just ask those people that have threatened industries like big oil with inventions in the past, if they've alive to tell it. Or even perhaps people like Nikola Tesla. Stay woke my lemming. Not all conspiracy theories are crazy

  • For sure. It's definitely okay by me. I have a bunch saved up myself, and quite a few of the cheap reusables. But my go to bags are from IKEA in Burbank. They have a great selection of bags that fold down nicely, and are very portable. The ones I use the most were only like $5 a piece too.

  • Our bill passed last October or something that will ban all plastic bags in California, including recycled bags, making it paper only for no more than $0.10. Takes effect January 1st

  • I'm sure it has been. Just like a million other world changing inventions that have been captured/killed by the powers that be

  • On Voyager you go to search, and explore, so it can vary

  • This. Came to say blackmail

  • VPN? I've started getting those issues on a few servers

  • That EO for that "beautiful clean coal" should really help fix things...

  • Idk for sure. It just seemed off. Like, it seemed like a big PR stunt. No pressurized suits or helmets, for a bunch of old ass siliconed up ladies, with no astronaut training. No frizzy zero g hair. Video of one of them falling down in zero g... The video of it landing at like twenty five miles per hour, and kicking up a ton of dust and then immediately after the ground shot with no dust still in sight. Then they opened the door early and then shut it, so Bezos could come open it with his special tool. And the door opened inward, as opposed to outwards like every other spacecraft or airplane designed to withstand that kind of pressure... I don't understand what the purpose of faking it would be, and it seems stupid and conspiratorial, but it all just reaked of bullshit

  • I'm sure Tesla will make the governments tariff exempt list

  • Sounds like a good idea. Not that it'll stop them when they declare the insurrection act

  • Yeah, Elon and Bezos really need that money for important things. Like to fake sending plastic millionaires into space
