  • Ukranians will have to be killing Russians at over a 3 to 1 ratio in order to succeed.

where is the problem? Russia is already throwing them to the meatgrinder with no regards for their own people. Only issue I see is that Ukraine's ammo could run out.

And do you really think that Russia could start another drafting without destabilizing its society even further? Not to mention that numbers doesen't really mean that much if morality is low and they are barely equipped or trained.

  • I think it's really time that China and Russia get a proper teaching in some kind of way. This fucking around without any major consequences needs to end.

  • it's build in Unreal Engine...

  • Get some money out of the ā€œgameā€ and then just disappear.

Is this even possible with the way steam handles the payment of developers? If I remember correctly you get the money not directly and steam also freezes a certain part for refunds.

  • and? classic case of fuck around and find out. Maybe it's time to show dictatorships like china that their actions can have consequences...

  • Then what do you call them continuing the war

self defense against hamas, because they already declared that they will do another terror attack in the future and will keep continuing this.

  • being anti-Israel is a humanitarian stance.

thats some very far stretched statement, I absolutely don't agree with.

  • I suppose fighting against Hamas is also very islamophobic, right? At least for our pal Erdogan here.

Let's not forget that this little dictator praised the Hamas as freedom fighters a few weeks ago and declared them not to be terrorists.

And with his anti-Israeli rhetoric, Erdogan primarily serves his own conservative Islamic electorate...nothing more.

  • it clearly has set it's sail in this direction, maybe flavoured with a little shot of nazi germany

  • You could say this about most if not all scams I dare say. It’s ā€œyour faultā€ you fell for it.

Only if there is no chance to see your money back. A scam for me is something that is clearly desigend to trick you into buying it and then you out of luck because there is no chance of refunding your money. But in this case everybody who spend more then 20 minutes into it can see what this game is about and has no issues to get their money back.

The game was marketed as the most ambituous MMO since a very long time and apparently what they released is a bad extraction shooter so idk if I could call it anything but a scam.

I completeley agree on the shady marketing but again I dont see the possible advantage for the developers in this. They marketed their game as something that it is clearly not, so people just can check it for themselves or from valid ressources and then refund the game. No damage done except a little loss of time on your end.

And please don't think that I defend this game, I dont give a flying fuck about it, not even interested in it. I just find that a scam is something like Chronicles of Elyria, where all the kickstarter backers never wil see their money back. But The Day before is just a very terrible video game, nothing more, nothing less, at least in my opinion.

  • oh its not surprising for me, it's just a constant reminder how fucked up Russia is

  • Ah Russia you comical evil country, you never fail to impress with some new stupidity

  • how do you scam people when it was not possible to preorder this game due to steams early access rules?

And after launch you still have the two hour window for refund and the game has no own launcher, so it's pretty easy to get rid of this game and get your money back after trying out this mess. So if you loose money it would be at least partly on yourself, right?

Don't get me wrong this game had "I suck" on the forefront since it's announcement and it had some really shady marketing, but I wouldn't call it a scam, since you can very easy avoid to loose money on it.

  • Don't know what kind of videos or ads you have seen, but the graphics are really that amazing. Last time I saw such an amazing and dense rain forest was in Crysis.

  • The game is really good, like the Pandora version of FarCry Primal (last FarCry I actually played) but with better graphics und new fun gameplay elements like flying and an awesome open world. But if you are an Avatar fan the game is fucking amazing and an absolute must have imho.

Also the graphics and optimization are really awesome, rocking 110+ fps on a 6900XT on 1440p with FSR 3 and frame generation with everything on high or ultra.

So definitely would give this an 7.5 or 8 for normis and a solid 9 for Avatar fans.

  • this headline is highly misleading! First of all its only one (!) state in germany, also a very far right one and those rules only apply for that very state.

The other thing is you do not have to 'support' Israel you have to accept Israel as a independent state, their borders, that they are allowed to defend themselves and you shouldn't say or take part in antisemitism related activities.

You can still criticize Israel very much for the way they are fighting the Hamas and the civilian casualties that they are causing, you don't have to say yes and amen to everything Israel is doing and also you don't have to support them. You are just not allowed to debugger their existence...

And I highly doubt that our other states will follow this in any way...

  • stupid misleading headline! The bill covers not only the quran but the public burning of all books with importance for religious groups.

The law criminalizes the "inappropriate treatment of writings with significant importance for a recognized religious community."
