If it’s optional, decentralised and not a massive database hosted by the government to trace you then it might be a good idea. But apart from that it’s a no go to me. 90 or 100km/h limit on towed boats. I think the limit is 90 (at least in south Australia). This way they won't be handling dangerously, can be imposed with truck speed limits.
