I can vouch for Longmont municipal fiber. Blazing fast, and the price is locked in at $50 per month for life. We’ve never had an outage. There are absolutely no downsides, it has even forced Comcast to improve their own infrastructure and pricing in the area to compete.
It’s named after a song. I think the main character might briefly say he dreams about going there. Obviously you haven’t seen it, but there’s really no need to get offended.
By the way, I highly recommend watching it for everyone else, especially if you’re a fan of Terry Gilliam. Not you though, guy I’m replying to. You should stick to less challenging topics to avoid hurting your own feelings.
The film has a large overbearing surveillance state / bureaucracy as the chief antagonist, it’s about the suppression of art and loss of human connection. Do you see it differently?
“Here’s what my talking parrot thinks about this issue”. Great input, if I wanted to talk to a chatbot I’d do that. This isn’t a conversation, it’s meaningless noise regurgitated by a machine.
I never pretended to be a bride. I didn’t see many weddings as a kid, so probably not a lot of reason to latch onto that. Plus, pretending to be a princess is much better! Fancy dress, but more color options and you also get to boss people around. Also, no lame boys needed.
I got an in-the-mail thank you card from someone I interviewed once. We didn’t end up hiring them but it was a nice gesture. I know when I was first interviewing for jobs ~20 years ago it was common advice to send a followup / thank you.
There is a game called “fuck, marry, kill” where you’re given a list of three people and you have to choose to fuck one, marry another, and kill the third. For example: Trump, Vance, and Putin… which would you choose to fuck, marry, or kill?
