Ooh yeah shaving can be really brutal on some guys with sensitive skin too. A nicely trimmed beard seems like the way to go, although most guys have to shave the edges to keep it looking tidy I think.
Every woman I know has to shave their legs daily to keep them looking smooth. Maybe if you’re really blonde it’s not as visible? The only ways to get long lasting hair removal are painful and expensive - waxing, electrolysis, laser.
Nope. I think cis men (trans men too) should be able to wear bright colors and different types of clothes like skirts or dresses and not have people give them shit for it. Like… wearing a piece of fabric in a slightly different shape shouldn’t make people wonder if you’re gay or trans. The super rigid definition of “masculine” sucks and it makes life more boring.
I really like wearing fun shoes and giant earrings and cute dresses. I’m sad thinking that some guys would like to branch out but don’t feel like they can “pull it off” without making a scene.
You might want to check out Korean and Japanese sunscreen brands, they tend to be inexpensive and feel a lot more like nice lotion than the sticky filmy stuff we’re used to. Especially if you don’t need waterproof sunscreen.

I’ve never heard it stated in those terms (“women’s winter”, ha!) but I agree with you. I’ll wear a sweater in the office if it means my neighbor doesn’t have to sweat through his suit. Ideally we could all dress in a way that’s comfortable and spend less on AC too!

I’ve posted a suggestion in this community too. It was absolutely not a complaint. I’m making suggestions here because after trying several options, I’ve picked which app I want to use to interact with Lemmy. This is hands down the best one.
