In don’t think anyone can tell you from a photo. You need an arborist to look at it.
You can talk to the neighbor and express your concern. Ideally, have a paper trail in case something does happen.
You can have an arborist trim any branches hanging over your property without asking the neighbor.
I would get an estimate from a couple arborists for the trimming what’s over your yard. Then, approach the neighbor and offer to pay that amount towards having the whole thing trimmed—must include trimming the parts over your yard.
I wouldn’t pay until the work is done.
If you don’t know the neighbor at all and/or can’t be sure they’re trustworthy, I’d just get the part over your yard done.
I mean, just eat the occasional cookie. Don’t worry about the macros in it. Tracking macros is never going to be precise but you can get a general idea if you’re getting the right amounts. But, if you’re getting most or a lot of your nutrition from processed food, you’re probably tracking the wrong thing.
You’d have to be pretty stupid to try mailing it. Shipping of firearms is heavily regulated. The import and export even more so. You’d probably have to commit fraud by declaring that it’s something other than a firearm.
They don’t scan every package but do scan a lot. I’d be surprised if they don’t have heuristics based on other aspects—like weight and size—to help them decide which to scan.
Scarlett actually would have a good case if she can show the court that people think it’s her. Tom Waits won a case against Frito Lay for “voice misappropriation” when they had someone imitate his voice for a commercial.
With every picture I see of him I’m more convinced he’s had a stroke and it affected the right side of his body.
The right eye is slightly less open. The right side of his mouth is slightly slack. He always covers his right hand with his left. My father had a stroke and the hand thing was really obvious.
Yeah, I get the “wrecked angle” part which is why it’s in my versions. But “wrecked angle”—singular—doesn’t make sense for a square which has four angles.
I wish the mods would black-list or white-list sources for news. We can argue what should or shouldn’t be allowed but some outlets—like The Daily Mail—are obvious trash. For the vast majority of news there are other, or even multiple other, sources.
I like their music and had friends who played them a lot through a great period in my life. But, when I hear them now and can’t not think “that fucker’s a pedophile”.
tldr; it’s basically Apple Arcade for any kind of app. $10/month for ad-free, nag-less apps, and no in-app purchases. E course, the selection is limited.
Personally, I don’t see it working. I don’t need that many apps. I don’t spend anywhere close to $10 every month for apps. I actively avoid subscriptions and in-app purchases anyway.
What? Private companies can and do sell shares of the company and people who own them are shareholders. The difference is that the shares aren’t traded on public markets.
People who own shares in publicly traded companies are also called investors.
