Yeah I read the post title and was wondering, “why does the US need a loophole?”. A country can’t attack international shipping and civilian vessels. It’s the whole reason why so many countries perform freedom of navigation exercises. If the freedom of navigation is threatened and can’t be enforced, then there is no freedom of navigation.
I’ve been pursuing getting citizenship in an EU country since my grandparents were born in the EU and came to the US. Their country of origin seems to allow it so I’ve lined up an appointment with an immigration attorney I found online to see if they can help. I’ve started doing DuoLingo for the local language. I can’t do another four years of Trump and I doubt he will leave at the end of the term if he wins. I hunkered down and dealt with it last time but damn I can’t take that stress anymore.
So West Virginia politicians figured that literacy rates are just too damn high and they need to prioritize attacks against information? I mean, WV ain’t in a great place right now and are actively shooting themselves in the foot right before they set out to blame Democrats for the hole they dug themselves.
So I am a bit confused on this one. Why does this particular developer or anyone really, disagree with assigning CVEs to releases code? I mean I get that it is experimental but having associated CVEs adds to disclosure on the experimental features. What is the downside of the assigned CVEs? I was all ready to jump on F5 being wrong but it sounds like they may have taken the right position. Can someone elaborate on why that may not be the case?
I feel like this is the forest-through-the-trees comment. The data shouldn’t exist and that should be the direction of legislation. If it’s available for purchase then I think it would be weird that any schmuck could buy it but not the government. If the data collection is stopped, no one gets it and everyone wins.
Of course he’s not in a rush because rushing things would have gotten them done this past October or November when they needed to be done. At this point we are so far past rushing we’ve blown past on time, through late, sped past critical, and are cruising through catastrophe. Going by his timeline, we would probably still be waiting to fund the Korean War of the 50s.
Bindens been a pretty damn good president as far as I can tell. He inherited incredible amounts of disfunction and an economy that was predicted to enter a huge recession and yet he turned the ship around. His speech gaffs are explained by his childhood stutter that he has worked very hard to resolve.
I run AD at home but it’s because my job is in enterprise software engineering and so running these programs in my home lab requires AD integrations. It’s also needed for HyperV and SCVMM along with things like SQL server auth and GMSA which I can’t get out of testing. Ironically most of my work is in open source/Linux but Windows servers are all over the Enterprise so I don’t have a choice but to run this stuff. No real users on it and just used for the lab.
If it were me, I wouldn’t be as worried if I wasn’t there to lose stuff. If I was there I would be concerned with violence against me or my family. Not concerned with stuff but very concerned with safety.
Anyone know if Guayana has enough of a military to deter Venezuelan aggression? I am not under the impression they can mount a defense but hoping I am wrong.
Let’s not jump to conclusions here…the data could indicate anything. Let’s not be hasty and have a knee jerk reaction that compromises the orphan crushing machine.
If he is so anti EU, why doesn’t he just exit the bloc? I mean they watched Brexit so they know how it’s done. If his whole message at home is that the EU is bad, why stay? Hungary either needs to remove Orban or stick to their rhetoric and leave the EU.
Yeah I think you nailed the motive on this. Addiction probably impacts overall health which also drives up their costs for non addiction related coverage to the same people. Someone at the insurance company did the math on the money saved by people with addictions dying vs having to cover them for long term care.
So this group is thinking that Trump will provide greater levels of support to these groups? I kinda remember Trump having a different direction than support for those groups.
This could be a good move for everyone. It said TikTok has agreements with everyone else so many other artists will have the chance to get noticed now. The Universal artists are already well known and don’t really need more promotion anyways. This gives the smaller people a chance. Aight I’m off to learn an instrument, write a song, create a record label, and sign up for TikTok exposure. Wish me luck…how hard could it be.
