  • This was too late. Paradox's in house development studio did the same thing with Victoria 3. Do something way too greedy (lock historical characters behind a preorder for a dlc that was already bad). Waited to see the backlash, and when it was too much, they make the bonuses free.

    At least they're doing something, but the dlc should have been pushed back at launch.

  • It was released along side mods (a very slow first party mod manager) so I guess they think it makes it better. The mods are good and it's a nice thing that they don't depend on the steam workshop anymore but they don't excuse releasing a £10 dlc along side it that just adds more skins for low density houses when the game still doesn't work

  • All this means is that the satire is fine until people don't see it as satire. It was all funny until people started killing him on sight and mass reporting him. It's just the Internet being the Internet, someone will always take it too far and ruin it for everyone
