Damn I have it on steam, but I bet I can pick it up on sale for dirt cheap on GOG when I wanna play it. Maybe by then the steam version will work. Thanks
How did you get it running on your steam deck I'm actually almost done with a Witcher 3 playthrough right now just finishing up the last DLC and then I wanted to replay the first two but saw there's some issues
Part of me thinks/hopes they also aren't putting too much attention on it because they want their upcoming games to be more on the quality level of witcher 3 than CP2077. At least I hope.
Weed is actually physically addictive just much less so than other drugs. Heavy users can't sleep or eat, and have bad neausea and GI issues for weeks after quiting. That's literally all physical withdrawal. If you're someone who says oh I smoke and can quit whenever and don't have those problems then I can tell you, you aren't smoking nearly as much weed as some other people lol.
I'm not against weed, I use it all the time, but it is absolutely physically addictive. More so than caffeine.
Eh maybe if you're hands on and want to take the time to find the deals on the parts. You could just dock a steam deck and plug in a key board mouse and monitor.
Steam deck is a great way to get into PC gaming if you don't have a lot of money or a PC. It can run a lot of games. Enough that you won't get bored any time soon.
Gonna hijack this comment to say I was a major alcoholic drinking bottles of vodka every day, always drinking. Never not drinking. You get the idea. A real piece of shit. Anyway I got drunk and did a bunch of acid my friend had and decided while totally fucked on it that I had to quit. A few days later after talking to some family I called my doctor and he referred me to a nearby hospital with a separate chemical dependency area and they helped me medical detox (outpatient at home) and it is the single best thing I ever did for myself. 7 and a half years sober. Life has only got better since then. I had almost nothing, barely showed up to work, blew all my money on alcohol and other drugs, and now after years of hard work I own my own small business and am doing well for myself.
Anyone currently struggling with alcoholism, ask some friends and family for help, speak to your doctor, and get better. You know you want to.
People here love to act like this stuff is exclusive to reddit when it is in fact a thing called "human nature" and can be observed anywhere there are people.
