  • possibly working with addons like ublock (vern cc has ad breaks) and emote support (so chat isnt a cryptic jungle)

EDIT: added more description to my interest in the EDIT of the post

  • but emulators are perfectly legal?

Of course I would buy the game officially

  • nice but these tutorials seem to be about jailbreaking consoles not emulation, or am I wrong?

  • pause buttons is all its about. emissions wont stop after energy generation is zero-emission. it just will be slower by a chunk (like 60%ish)

people will still breed cows/not turn vegan (up to 75% of total 20%ghg emissions) and mobility will also remain (lets just say by half without derailing too much - so half of total 20%ghg emissions)

Also theres studies on how we are kinda jet lagging in resulted heating and on how recordings of right before pre-industrial era levels also could be different, lower in total and therefore more extreme heating affecting tipping points.

so a pause like that would be great - because all we have left is time and smart people (although kinda marginalized nowadays and I dont really believe in the success of that in short term) we have crossed 1,5° and therefore are in tipping point cascade (which is irreversable) territory.

  • which means its ok for you. I cant follow

  • yes lol. I also have a 4070ti though

EDIT: I have no clue where this could be a relevant argument

  • also - why is ublock for example not anonymous enough? doesnt it provide anything??

Like Id love to be able to see the full picture on this matter and weight at least all major arguments. like, is the distincion here the one tries to block corporations within their legally bound operations and the other(tor) tries to make everyone, even "hackers" unable to see what IP I have?

Im quite lacking in knowledge on this topic

  • Yes but no. I see the issue in terms of late stage capitalism too - but I think in a sibling comment this discussion already happened.

  • Id just love to see more corporations being like Mondragon(spanish) in the top ranks (i.e. stock corpos) but I would not want governments specifically to gain ownership forcefully.

So I'd call it regulated capitalism - as you said, just not paleo libertarian laissez-faire as we clearly see how that doesnt work once all markets are established (and even the competition phase was, as we all should know, pretty questionable historically cough imperialism cough)

  • Am I the only one thinking that a huge chunk of the initial audience are Nintendo adults who already have a pc for main games and a switch on the side?

Feels like this gimmick (although every new Nintendo console gets one) was so forced just to upsell a switch 1 and justify splitting the community with exclusive releases. Really sad to see mk world not playable with a player base on switch 1. Most next gen were happily bought enough with a reasoning in increasing hardware (which the switch 2 really also does well).

Just the predatory move of splitting or even passively force the playerbase to leave behind the switch 1, makes the mouse sensor so MEH.. I mean.. lackluster in my eyes. Idk

  • I too wonder if there would be communities, focused on playing these xbox360 era games on pc - after this

Anyone got links further educational reading on this matter?

  • So "how" is there no regulation solution – my initial statement in question

  • Now also actually discuss. Would love to know "how" I'm wrong

  • 600 includes the console. The point was missed

  • to you, the 9 other likers and the one disliker:

I'd argue "under unregulated capitalism" and would love to hear how Im wrong here: When you buy an apple from a farmer in EU thats local to your small town, I'd say thats pretty ethical? Isnt it??!

  • these websites dont work for me... and the link looks very wrong - do you have like more accessible sources for me? Id be very thankful

  • isnt the proton ceo praising trump publicly?
