Updated to v0.0.18.
There have been a few versions released the last few hours so I will just post a link to the general release notes https://github.com/rystaf/mlmym/releases
These are the changes added since the last version (v0.0.15) we were running:
community bang link fixes #44
show mlmym version in settings page
removed excess community api calls
fix community bang links
ignore "old." subdomain when rewriting lemmy links- my communities dropdown #39
"mark read" button when "show read posts" is disabled #20
fixed pagination/filtering bugs in search
removed page jerk after loading last page of comments
I know exactly which kind of slurs are not allowed because I added them to the filter. There are 2 words in there for now so if you are mad that you can't use those you're not welcome here anyway. There is one instance where you can use those and hide behind "Free Speech", I am sure you will be able to find it.
Sorry to hear about your personal situation, but that is quite the silver lining and I am sure Lemmy as a whole will benefit greatly from it. Solid ruleset on bots as well. We are currently rolling out rules about bots on Lemmy World, reading this we might have to go over some of them again. We don't want to stomp out all bots because some are problematic.
From which community do you want to be removed? If you are the owner/top-mod you have to transfer the community to another mod first. And if you're the only mod you'll have to get another one first. Communities can not be left without a moderator.
This is not related to our Lemmy instance. Your question is about the Lemmy software we are using but we are not the developers.
