  • Rumor has it that season 33 is speckled with passable episodes, and season 34 in generally considered a minor come back of the series. I'm watching 34 and yeah, it's pretty alright.

  • It's a religious holy war, nothing else... And it's irrational because of it.

Religion has darkened politics for the past decade in particular ways. In America it's shown Christians will support fascism. In the middle east it's showing Jews will do as well...

...religion is the root cause. Anyone over there is there for religious reasons. I think perhaps it would be best if, whenever peace is achieved, the secularist west nuke the entire area, with a particular focus on long term irradiation of all holy sites. This version of humanity in the current era can't handle organised religion, and it needs to be prohibited with an automatic means of early death. It needs to be made abstract and reasonable... and only the irrationality or nuclear irradiation can be its metaphorical equal.

Nuke religion. Nuke religious wars. Irradiated holy sites.

  • Something to do with the Holodeck being able to stabalize holomatricies better than... Whatever the janitor programs were using.

But also, I'm not sure any of the enterprise crew were able to reproduce a Moriarty quality of intelligent from the Holodeck again. He was, a fluke of luck, a glitch, where as the janitors were intentionally designed, and coded, and were thus reproducible on demand.

  • Yeah, but like with anything in life - if you keep encountering the same problem over and over again, you should probably consider your own approach to be a factor in the process.

So sure, there probably are vindictive editors, but if it's a reoccurring theme, then something else might be at fault.

  • It is odd that SA is the only state to be able to run entirely on solar and wind, kinda makes the other states and territories look like they're twiddling their thumbs and ignoring climate change.

  • The wealth gap is a national security issue, as repeatedly demonstrated by people like Elon Musk, and Jared Kushner, but also by many billionaire funded conservative think tanks.

Edit: I say conservative think tanks because progressive think tanks tend to be more benevolent in their aims.

  • It's known that their hospital system has servere levels of over crowding, and the article states both that:

The video shows cots, blankets, and other personal belongings on the grassy area. Taken together, these two videos indicate that it was likely occupied by people who were resting or sleeping there at the time of the explosion.

    And that:

Other images from the parking lot of the hospital show widespread damage to vehicles in the parking lot, including one that was flipped over onto its roof. Another vehicle nearby shows signs of extensive damage, while others show evidence that they were engulfed in flames.

...an over crowded space, babies in cots, with an explosion large enough to flip a car, near one of the few areas with grass soft enough to sleep on.

    Plus a fire.

Plus due a hospital low on supplies, low on water, in need of emergency power... Could probably kill hundreds, and cause the death of more.

If the hospital had some structural damage as well. Could probably do plenty of killing. The article doesn't nominate a number, so I can't speak to your source on that.

  • If you know the policies and how to find your way around Wikipedia, and are certain that you're right - you can generally have the truth prevail (as long as you have reliable sources backing up your claims).

The real trick is to know the policies and where to complain that they're not being upheld. In your case you should goto the BLP noticeboard, and ask for an uninvolved editor's help in figuring out how to, or whether the information should be added.

This generally gets others interested in advocating for the truth.
