on their website's roadmap section it says it is planned. I don't know how much work has been done on that. mean while Mastodon's userbase is dwindling, and it hasn't been able to capitalize on the many waves of exodus and twitter controversies for over two years now

That's an aucorrenct feature that has been shipped with MS Word for as long as I can remember.

MS Word is one of the most used software il the planet, I believe Microsoft has enough data on why the majority of people want that. what I don't get is why software with smaller userbases think they know better (ie sometimes they do). Or why LibreOffice is so stubborn on keeping the menu bar default instead of the ribbon-bar, I am not inconvenienced by changing it once and for all, but I know many people who ould nope out at first sight and never give LO a second chance ever again .

He shouldn't have endorsed them without getting anything in returns for his people. a tangible and meaningful policy, he is known for advocating for universal healthcare, but I saw no push from him on the party for that. if that's a big ask, choose another impactful policy, find other progressives, form a group and advocate together. what did the progressives do against the party for a few elections now? nothing, they let themselves get run over by the Democratic party apparatus times and again. I don't want to be mean but at this point I don't see them to be different to other careerist politicians.

Russia would have never signed on to that. Their whole argument about Ukraine is the constant advancement of NATO territories towards its border.

This is like saying that Germany has the right to keep the American nukes stationed on its soil if the US was to ever leaver Germany.

The soviet bombs were built, operated and guarded by a Russian department of the Russian Republic member of the Soviet union. what Ukraine signed on was a smooth repatriation of those nukes back to Russian. there is no real way Ukraine could have confiscated them even if they tried.

Every country should have the freedom to build their own nukes while we are at it.

The only country who dared used their bombs, and twice, is the US, and did it while there was no need for it. so I don't see how some countries are taking the moral high ground about who should and shouldn't have nukes, it is mostly about about who should and should impose their imperialism with the help of nukes.

They have removed every person they suspected to be russian or have a russian ".ru" domain name in their email from the maintainers list.
