There's the confusion, we dont lean left, we are left. Democrat voters lean left then vote for non left leaning candidates. In rhetoric the DNC may sound like they lean left but in action they do not.

Talking about dignity and what actually happens is 2 different issues. They talked ceasefire while simultaneously giving money and weapons to the time of 500 weapons drops. They talk about concern for environment while ignoring the first 2 months of Israeli bombing had the same environmental impact as 150k tons of burned coal.

Democrats deserve to lose 100 percent of the Muslim vote. and good chunks of any one else that opposes genocide and US Imperialism, but it'll be the same people that say we need to protect marginalized communities that don't give a flying fuck about US Imperialism killing people around the world. The majority of them only care about human rights within the US border, which translates to they don't give a flying fuck about anyone's rights. If they're willing to sacrifice someone elses rights to protect theirs, they need to reevaluate themselves.

Handing off leverage would be the ones that hate everything that Democrats stand for, but will still vote for them. Those are the same people that said they would push Biden left after the election, when all they did was go to brunch. their failure to make even attempts at pushing left has resulted in right wing authoritarianism being on the menu.
