I disagree and personally never once in my whole life reaching support for buying, reserving, trading, returning, recovering, or any finisning any deal has an AI's generic irrelevent response helped me. I had to have a real human step in to do it otherwise I'd know how. 2nd of all I can't blame an AI if it made a mistake, then it would be mine, but support employees are held accountable and communications records are there. This hapened to me and cost me thousands buying, reserving and trading online.
