This is true for most of software out there, but most of the game industry operates with a small margin, and when you look to games individually, most of the games that are still selling (think about GoG games) are not worth any developer time
I did it with windows 7, and tried to do this with 10 after debloaters came to it. But 1 year ago I had to work with a win 11 machine, after I saw what I would be inevitable using in the future in my machine I decided to do a full switch to Linux. I just can't, windows were always a decently customizable SO but they are trying to make it a macOS with ads
There is, unreal besides being a product has its source available and Godot focus on the same niche most of unity games were. But the problem never was the lack of replacement, the problem is, a game with years of development on unity whould not easily switch to any alternative, they have assets from unity store, scripts made for unity, UIs using unity specific stuffs, even network protocols could be bounded with unity. Change this is an herculean task and most of the games are in barely maintenance mode, imagine a full rework. So these games should be pulled of the market and thrown in the garbage to avoid new installations.
France it is not the savior of the world, they should have left but are too colonialist and have too many business there to leave. If you are OK with what for France are trying to do here you have no stands to criticize what Russian did to Ukraine. Both were trying to justify the invasion of another country. Macron is even willing to kill his embassador to do it. There is no such things of "I disagree with the new head of state" and Europe should stop believe they have higher moral stand to choose which country is "democratic enough" to them, when you stop the colonialism and proxy wars maybe Africans can organize themselves.
I'm assuming you are from US, so I don't think any woman or black person from there will agree with you. These ppl had no rights or these were ignored in the majority of your country. In 1959 the last baseball team starts to accept Negros in their teams. I don´t believe that one year after everything were fine. And if you talk about any other place out of US, well, it is worse, Europe has families divided by cold war, IIrc UK we're having an economic crisis... I really believe that were bobbles during this time, but it was for a minority
Can you explain a little? For me, it was just an arcade game, I felt that a have so less control layers that I have in ED that I cannot get what you mean.
Ok, there are 3 versions you can choose when you install, the "latest modern" worked like a charm here, the first one in the list. The other two fail to me as well.
E que porra é essa de bolha.forum aí? De onde vcs vieram?
I played enough to see an empty city that adds literally nothing to anything, with every single NPC standing still on a chair. I played enough to crash two times interacting with shit to just restart ON MY FUCKING ROOM, why there is a server if it is unable to keep your quest state is beyond my intelligence.
Furthermore, I played enough to see corpses around the abandoned world, adding nothing but noise to my immersion, dumber quests, simpler ship controllers and simpler planetary bases than Elite Dangerous. Also, maybe I didn't have played enough, but I had no SC player providing me with a decent endgame gameplay loop like ED, I don't know how a game this old and this expensive can have less endgame than an actual indie game.
Literally the one thing that it is better in SC than ED is the ability to move inside your ship, that is dope but is not worth the cheapest ship or worse, your time. And I'm writing this comments to other ppl, not you Tigris, you are beyond any rational discussion, you probably have spent too much on this game to admit to yourself it is crap. If you truly believe that the game is good you would just talk about what we are missing and not white knighting and gaslighting anyone that disagrees with you.
I played it this year, and it is totally shit, the features that are already in games don't work. Even comparing with other space games like elite dangerous that are way cheaper and already have a decent and less buggy gameplay loop
There should be a cap to how many buildings a person or a company can own. Why a person can have more than 3 homes? In the current world, this does not make any sense.
