  • Since they know the evidence for it is definite, I imagine they don't want to say something that will be countered by the courts. At the same time, you normalize it by declaring it without fear in the hopes the voting base will buy that it's no big deal.

    At this point I can't imagine Trump's legal strategy is anything beyond taking power, and then keeping it.

  • The world is always cyclical. There is always a return to conflict and friction. And given that the globalized world has shifted and mixed so many, I think we're definitely brewing some nice widespread instability which will, in time, give way to a new form of stability. Whether it'll better than what we have now is the main question. Seems unlikely, but it always does.
