  • No offense meant, but I’m actually confused by your response.

    Are you saying that my way is the right way or my way is not the right way?

    Just as an example, the TV series, Stargate SG one we had a fan favorite episode called window of opportunity. The creator of the TV series said in today’s society there’s zero chance we could ever have that episode and yet that is literally the fan favorite of the series. Window of opportunity was basically the Groundhog Day episode. Those are the Sorts of episodes that literally would not exist anymore. While you disagree and you think that we shouldn’t have those sorts of episodes and we shouldn’t “filler episodes “ I’m on the opposite side.

    Although I may have misunderstood your response and maybe you meant that my way is the right way again like I said I’m a little confused.

  • TV series now have 25 episodes a season.

    Five season minimum.

    All TV series are released on physical disc after one year (the creator of the show can choose a smaller amount of time if they want, but never longer). After one year it MUST BE on disc.

    Blu-ray Disc at a minimum. Can choose 4k if the creator of the show wants. Can do both.

    Federal penalties if the show is cancelled early.

    All devices that require an always on connection, must have a patch to allow the device to work if the server is ever pulled offline.

    Subscription based services must provide an actual benefit. Not a “well the company wants more money so they’re just going to create a subscription service”… looking at the companies that make heated steering wheels in cars subscription based.

    Mean from birth to age 18? I've never heard of this.

    After age 18 then yeah you should be paying rent. Why wouldn't you pay? Why would you live off of them? Help out.

    If you are going to college and your parents don't charge you rent, give them a huge hug and say thank you. Don't be surprised if you graduate and they start charging you rent.

  • He literally said he wanted the unilateral ability to remove benefits of a constitutional amendment from United States citizens. Once you give that ability to one President you give it to ALL of them. Once you let a President do that to one amendment, you let them do it to ALL amendments.

    People voted in mass for that option.

    On a side note when this blows up in their faces, I will have ZERO sympathy. They want it, they got it.

  • Then it sounds like you work with assholes. If person a sits down with person b and says I’m sorry about what happened I want to do better. Please help me. Let’s talk about what I did wrong so I can improve myself. Only an asshole says no.

    There is an obvious exception to that statement, if you are sitting there and yelling at them or being incredibly incredibly aggressive during the initial conversation. They might not be receptive right away. But if you come back, say the next day and apologize and say look, I wanna do better know I was in the wrong, but I need your help to improve. Can we talk so I can make sure I never do that again? A human being would say yes a good person will say yes let’s figure this out an asshole will say no.

    It’s called compassion and sympathy. Sadly it’s also something that is sorely lacking in the United States and worldwide right now.

    I guess here’s a question for you. Is this happening at multiple jobs or is it happening just at the current job?

  • You tried therapy and that's good the problem is trying to find a GOOD therapist is very difficult.MOST of them shouldn't be a therapist they can only regurgitate what they were told in class. They can't think outside of the box and think critically.

    I respect the fact that you are trying to find an answer to solve your problem.

    You even gave examples of different coworker situations.

    Sadly I don't have an answer for you. The only thing I can say is don't give up.

    Maybe sit down with one of them one on one outside of work. Mention what happened earlier and that you noticed a serious change in their body language and apologize then say you want to do better. Then ask for their input on what you did wrong. Maybe they can help.
