It looks like her words were "taken out of context" and reassembled to produce that gem. I very much doubt those words were just how she strung them together when she spoke them herself

Unfortunately you're displaying your ignorance. Biden has zero influence on the currently-ghastly Supreme Court. In fact given how little actual power a President has here, Biden has accomplished a lot, despite the razor thin Democrat majority (and Manchin! and Sinema!) in the Senate.

Doesn't seem likely to me. He's good at finding outrageousness but doesn't have the personality for it, he's too cold and dead inside. (Illustrated by the vid of him laughing while watching a guy being tortured at Guantanamo)
